“60 Years of Music!”

Dear Guild Members,

I am thrilled by the wonderful turnout we have seen at the start of our 2024/2025 Season! Our gathering at the Loaded Grape on the 10th was such a joy, catching up with friends old and new.

Our luncheon meeting on the 19th, graciously hosted by Rebecca Schlosser, welcomed over 50 members—a strong start to the year!

I am looking forward to our upcoming Classics Event on September 24 at 3:00 PM, hosted by Peggy Follin at 47 Lands End Drive. We are in for a treat with a performance by the talented Brady Betts. It is sure to be an afternoon to remember!

Next, mark your calendars for our Swoozie’s Shopping Day on October 16 in Friendly Shopping Center. Be sure to stock up on all your holiday essentials, and remember to mention that you are a Guild member so we get credit for your purchases—it is a great way to support our organization.

Mary Ingram, our Notable Night chairman, got us all buzzing with excitement at the luncheon as she shared details about our big event on November 22 at the Tanger Center. If you have not seen the stunning jewelry for the raffle and auction yet, you are in for an amazing surprise!

The Notable Night event will take on a groovy theme inspired by Dawn of the Age of Aquarius from The Fifth Dimension. Picture disco balls, dancing, and lots of sparkle! You will not want to miss this fabulous night leading up to the Fifth Dimension concert. I look forward to seeing you there!

Let’s continue making this a season to remember— Don’t miss a single event!
